The Legion Needs Developers

I'm starting up a 1.7.9/1.8 Spigot server, and we need some developers. After the first month or so, you wouldn't have to code very much. Once we get donors and people buy the Donor rank, we will be able to pay for each plugin you make once we test the code to make sure it works. We need only a couple people as the job won't require a ton of work, and to reduce your workload, we will probably build off of other plugins we find online to reduce your workload. We may have plugins that need to be coded into an earlier/later version, or entire new games that need to be coded. You'll need you to code a game joining system similar to that of Mineplex and Hypixel, and we'll need a couple kits custom coded as well. We will also need a chest regen/game reset plugin that can reset games once they finish, refill the chests, and create new games if people want to play them.

Requirements:
-Java experience
-Skype or Google Hangouts (To IM so we can easily contact you)
-Some samples of your code.
-Good programming convention.
-Previous work to show us is recommended.
-After the first week or two, we won't need you that often, but when we do, we need you to be able to code right when we need you.
-Good communication skills and work ethic.

We would pay per plugin. My idea is that I would say what I think would be a fair price, the dev says what they think is a fair price, and we try to negotiate something in-between unless they're pretty much the same price.

I know that, but there are a lot of devs who are willing to still work even though they won't be paid up front.

I'm telling you from a developer's perspective, it's extremely unappealing.
