How about a page where people who take out loans are forced to submit a form on it by the person giving out the loan and the rules where it is publically visible and the person that loans the money can give feedback on the person they gave a loan to. The idea works like a person is forced to submit a entry before taking out a loan, and before giving the loan the person that gives the loan can check the user's history while also seeing if they currently have a loan out. It would prevent a person from going to a million people and asking for a loan then running away.

MC-Market really shouldn't interfere with the way that deals go for loans, we shouldn't force users to use a particular feature. To add an idea like this for MCM simply isn't practical. Spending potentially thousands of dollars and development hours on this project wouldn't be a priority considering there are other pending suggestions and loans aren't a large part of MC-Market's service threads. Denied.
