The manage license page has been offline for months now

I kind of ignored this at first and assumed someone else would report it or even notice but that hasn't appeared to be the case. the page(?) has apparently been offline for months :shrug: Guess I'll let that one person who randomly decided to changeback keep his license. Yeah, I opened a scam report case for once as I have time to kill.

This is almost certainly a consequence of us displaying all licenses on the same page, and you, MarkElf, having so many buyers with licenses that it’s timing out.
The solution would be to split the displayed licenses into pages, and display a limited number of them at a time, which has been planned for a while. Seems to be a bit more urgent if it’s causing some of our more popular resource authors to not be able to load the page anymore though.

Any ETA on this? I do recall being able to access the page when having ~1350 buyers and it was divided into pages. Would I be able to open a support ticket(s) to request licenses being added/removed?

Not yet. Yes, feel free to open a support request if you need a license added/removed/modified, and I’ll handle that for you.

I believe this is actually something that can be solved on the webserver configuration end until the developers release a fix.

I do recall being able to access the page when having ~1350 buyers and it was divided into pages.

It was multiple pages before with 10 users a page I think.
