Hello McM community!
So I've been here for a while now, and while looking through all the amazing builds, I came to think about something. What is the most expensive build ever sold?

I tried to google it, but no results appeared apart from some "Notch bought the most expensive house - Look at these pictures!! Clickbait everywhere!"

So now I wanted to take it to where I believe I can find the real answer: Mc-Market!

What is THE most expensive build you have / have seen being sold?
And what was the price it was sold for?

Thanks!

Most expensive thing I've sold myself was around $300 I believe, a massive RPG map (10K blocks across) with paths and everything painted in in WorldPainter (no builds included).

I know of builds exceeding $2000 being sold though. Some in the golden age of minecraft commissions (up to a month after the EULA change was announced), and some afterwards by Blockworks and GoCreative.

Whats EULA?
End User License Agreement.
Basically a Terms of Use for games.
the minecraft EULA was updated to explicitly forbid pay2win elements in minecraft servers (Where this was only implied, and therefore ignored, before).
A lot of smaller servers don't really give a shit, but if you catch mojang's attention it might bring trouble.
Since you couldn't sell high-level kits for IRL money anymore, the amount of cashflow most servers had seriously decreased, and with it the amount of money they were willing to spend on builds, plugins, websites, logos, etc.

I once sold a build project for $400 back in the day when a solo builder could still make a decent amount.
