I have been developing a couple server ideas, that have just continued to grow as Minecraft has. I first started playing when I was 13, 8 years ago, and that is also when the first ideas came to me. Now, I finally am creating my servers.
I have recently hired a very skilled man who is transferring my ideas into 1's and 0's. So, for the next month it is grind time.
Just for extra info about the server. (without giving away too much):
The hub will open with four servers, in about a month from now, I am just missing a few key people, which is what I am hoping this post will get.
Kingdoms - I am going to create a very custom version of Kingdoms, that will be somewhat of a roleplay, but all players will have the option to play as they like. I will have multiple custom plugins for this server, and ranks with jobs. All players will spawn in the main Kingdom, and live within its walls, until they can survive on their own, and begin making their own kingdoms. As things progress, continents will get unlocked, and exploring will becoming rewarding because of all the loot hidden throughout the custom map.
Prison: The prison server is going to be pretty typical. It will have 54 ranks, and has a little bit of a twist, but nothing insane. The prison server is mainly for the players that just like the classic Prison server, but want to be able to see their progress, and gain access to more.
Sky Life: This is going to be Skyblock, but there is going to be a "special area" that allows people to bring other items back to their skyblock. (That's all I can say about it for now)
Hyper-Realistic: This server is going to be almost too real. I am going to have real stock markets, 3 different options for ranks. There is also going to be another type of server weaved into this one. People are going to be able to live out their real lives, in the big city. There are a lot of complexities with this server, and the kingdoms server, that make them extremely unique, and fun to play on.
One of the hardest things I had to do when creating this was not only making servers that people would want to see. I wanted to create servers people would have fun playing on, and I know for a fact, me and all my friends would love to play on this server.
Closed Positions:
Plugin Developer/Server Setup: (1/1): If you are a really good developer and would like to help, I am more than willing to hear you out
Open Positions:
Builders: (1/10) We are looking for very diverse builders. Builders proficient with worldpainter get shot to the top of the list. Building on this server will make you a permanent builder on the server. This gives you free donator ranks and items. You will also be first in line when we start a build team, where builders will keep 90% of the profits they make from their builds. You will also get your username on the builders wall. This wall will be in the hub, and it will list who built the servers. This way you will be able to attract more business for yourself, if you don't want to be apart of the build team later on.
Logo/GFX: (0/1) We will need somebody who can create a discord server logo, a server-icon for the server, a 4k logo, and a banner. This isn't really a position. I am willing to pay for this, but if you are good at doing these things, and would like to bundle it with another position, mark that you are trying to apply for both.
(Some Admins and all Mods won't be able to start until the server is opened. Hopefully by December 15th. If you are an Admin applying and think there is something you can offer me right now, let me know, I'll read everything.
Mods: (1/16) Moderators need to be fair, and not provoke the players. You will be expected to be a role model on the server. (You will get more briefed on everything you will do, after applications have been sent. There will be four moderators dedicated to each server. Meaning, when problems occur, no matter what server you are on, you will receive the problems from your main server.
Admins: (0/4): Admins must be able to run, and troubleshoot servers if something goes wrong. Admins will be in charge of bigger tasks, like reverting land, restoring lost items, etc. Admins will possibly be receiving a percentage of server profits. This will depend on experience and how active you are. I am looking for 4 Admins, but if you are someone who can be the Admin of 4 servers, or two, explain why. (Doing this will boost your percentage, if you receive a percentage.)

I know this is all ambitious, but I think this is really something special. I am already thinking about the possibilities of expansion, because they are almost impossible to ignore. I am focused, and work hard, and my Dev/Setup Manager is working extremely hard too. Hopefully you will be able to join and we can all work on this awesome thing together!
