Hey so I'm just another developer out there, and looking at every server that exists, as you know, it's all just the same thing skyblock, prison, all the basic gamemodes and a few custom gamemodes here and there. I own 12 servers total and it's all just the same ideas and afk'ing.
I've been looking more at the future and the ideas that will come up with next level development as we progress, and the movie Ready Player One with it's system of the Oasis always caught my attention. They also make a literal reference to Minecraft at the beginning of the movie. I think that creating a server where the concept is similar but obviously not quite to that extent would be quite an interesting concept. I was just curious on peoples thoughts and ideas on it, and I was wondering if any other developers who also are very experienced and know what they are doing would be interested?
