The padding! DEAR GOD THE PADDING!

In the navigation, the padding before and after the content just isn't right! It's not even! DEAR GOD MICKY HOW DO WE LIVE WITH THIS???

The arrow is put in another div but in the same li as the "<a href=""" but they applied the padding to the "<a href=""" instead of applying it to the li which would make a proper area - space to the a and the dropdrown like forums which doesn't have a dropdown icon in it

If we change the padding on the right side it'll make the buttons uneven though, won't it? The arrow isn't counted in the padding because it isn't always there, and if we increased padding it'd spread the entire nav bar out more.
