The payment aren't working, users can bought product without paying any money

There's 2 users bought my resource today - https://www.mc-market.org/resources/10770,
but paypal is not working (doesn't have any payment log in paypal and didn't receive money),
and they did got the license also notice to me,
is it a bug? or payment is late, if so, how long does it took?

Problems like this are usually due to payments requiring manual approval/review by PayPal, eCheques, or other PayPal-related issues that are out of our hands.

I'll move this to the bug reports archive, thank you for the report nonetheless.
