Well I mean the choose their staff on bias...A lot of the times I've just seen friends of staff members get asked if they want the job with no real experience or example of their qualifications. As far as I know random members just get picked and asked if they want to a job and get given the role, no application process whatsoever that would allow you to determine the quality of a team member.[DOUBLEPOST=1569234287][/DOUBLEPOST]View attachment 271003

The thing is since the loss of the most previously active members, only two are actually present on this market and basically run it: Harry (qt <3) and... well.... her.
Due to this situation, it seems that until another reliable user joins the staff team, we are stuck with this.
I’m not sure how to put it, but to a personal point of view I share the common opinion that you, Eclipse, is not taking consideration of the feedback you are given. Not going to go on a rant on how you don’t know how to do your job, that’s pathetic in my opinion as no one actually knowns the behind the scenes, however... you are given very helpful criticism yet you refuse to take it into consideration. Over 4 weeks ago was one of the first official rant and yet nothing has changed.

If you have an issue with a warning you have received then creating a support request is the proper way to appeal your warning. If you have an idea to reduce delays or better way for staff to handle trashing threads then a suggestion is the best way to get a change made to the site to improve in the future. A thread in general discussion complaining about staff doesn't address any of your concerns or solve any problems, it just leads to hate against the staff team for the decisions we make.

Regarding the allegations of staff bias, I still don't fully understand the arguments that you are making. If a staff member has content on their thread that they want deleted they will report it and it will be handled by another staff member to ensure that the content is handled in a way that will prevent accusations of abuse and censorship. All reports are handled in the exact same way by all staff members regardless of who posted and where they posted.

We're not perfect, and considering the moderation team consistently handles around 100 moderation reports per day along with all of their other duties, occasional mistakes do happen which is why we allow for decisions to be appealed or contested. I would highly recommend that you create a request to appeal your warning if you feel that it is false for us to properly review.

There are proper ways to report what you think "the problem" with MCM staff is, and a thread in general discussion simply isn't it.
