Recently, i owned a minecraft server called HyperMines with the user avsterbone, who is actully banned on here. But he still has somewhat of a good rep on this website even though he is banned and I plan to show you exactly how manipulative he is. To start of with, I was practically the developer along with owner of HyperMines. I did all the work on most platforms of HyperMines which was the server, teamspeak, and plugdj(will get into more detail about PlugDj at the end). So, avsterbone would constantly threaten to replace me or hire another developer to change this if tasks were not done to please him. This is an instant problem and one of the main reasons why i quit. If you do not do something he likes he will manipulate every little detail to get his way. Next, i will talk about the struggles i have had to go through with PlugDj. When i was owner i created a plugdj for HyperMines and let the people use it of the server. Once i quit everything was fine until about 5 days later where i got a skype message saying avsterbone is filling a copyright claim on me to PlugDJ for not giving him my PlugDj room. Let alone this he used a FAKE agreement to try and get the PlugDJ administrator to be on his side. This is not only morally incorrect it is also illegal. This was the link he showed the PlugDJ administrator http://i.imgur.com/SyDxhFp.png. As you can see there is a highlighted text showing a line that was falsely added to the agreement we had. I have multiple different ways to prove he manipulated the evidence to sway the administrator. And would you believe it or not there is no line claiming what he claimed i agreed to on the 28th of August. The user is banned from mcm, that should be enough not to deal with the user.
people still make deals with him for loans, banners, and other things. I would know as he made deals for the HyperMines icon and banner through McMarket

i want it clear that he is manipulative and did something ILLEGAL. i dont want someone to have to go through all the problems i have had to go through for the last week

yea thats my point of making this thread is to prevent anyone from making the same mistake i made. with solid proof of him using evidence that he manipulated. hopefully this will make it put in stone to not deal with this user anymore
I agree what he did wasn't necessarily right, but that doesn't mean you should grief or poison his plugins, don't you agree? I personally think just telling him that you don't like how the way he acts, etc. then resign is more than enough.
The second he hacked a kid's PayPal and got banned, all respect should have been lost by him. How he manages to justify his actions, I'll never understand.
again your listening to his side of the story. the plugins were not poisoned at all. there was code to give me perms back when i was testing the plugins and commands from the plugins i coded. he is taking it way out of proportion to what it was actually used for. i even told him before i quit that it was there and he said that it was fine at the time. he is purposely trying to have people go against me
The funny thing is, people on this forum still worship him for his idiocy on here, and even what he did Minecon. He's can be a funny guy, sure, but I don't know what it takes to forget about him.
It's the same with Crits. People continue to idolize him and I won't ever understand why. Neither of them are that great, and neither were extremely reputable. Avsterbone especially is just an attention seeking whore child, built on the spotlights on him.
this thread should hopefully end that and show he is not a pleasant or trustworthy person to work with once and for all. i dont understand why people still make deals with him but this should end that. it was a pain working with him and i wouldnt want someone to have to go through the same thing
