Hold up, with the whole legacy removal from 240 to 12
Even for the current reputation system and how it’s also to, I guess... make sure the deals are legit and to tackle “rep4rep”/fake rep or any form of forgery alike... I don’t even see how that’s a suitable fix for it.
It doesn’t take an intellectual to add another step to forge screenshots of deals which are as easy as making a conversation and saying random bs. Oh, and if it takes extents like evidence of legitimate ownership of said acc(or service/product) through a deal, you’ll be surprised how far users would go to prove that, wether temp nfa, namemc Access, or the OP sending screenshots from his/her perspective in place for the “buyer’s proof of ownership”.

Yeah it's a pretty weird decision to make.
The recent reputation purge brought me from 331 down to 233, losing 98 rep.
After the 14th I'll lose 163 more rep, bringing me down to 70 rep.
I guess it'll make ban evading rep farmers seem more legit.

Especially for those reputable who just stopped dealing onsite as of late, it’s stupid that they’re now gonna be seen as untrusted due to dropping to single/low digits...
Problem: Butt-hurt users going around and reporting targeted users legacy reputation which does not have evidence attached.
(0 IQ) Solution: Remove all legacy reputation.
At least this is what Mick has outlined in his post.
(200 IQ) Solution: Lock reputation in after it is 1 week (1 month?) old. This will allow users to report reputation they have received which they deem is unfair/etc. If users have had rep that's several years old, why is it being removed?
Edit: Already lost 8 out of 19 rep. Will be down to 0 after the 14th?

This update is honestly a joke. Nobody wants it apart from the owners; as there's no need for it. The reputations given are all mostly valid regardless of if they follow the current rules - the format of them shouldn't matter.

The Minecraft account section generates money, that's the only reason why they are keeping it.
