I am YTjr, founder of the RoseNetwork, also known as (RoseHCF recently).
What is the Rose network/RoseHCF?
I have been working on this network for almost two years. The RoseNetwork has seen tremendous support and growth. These past few months, the server has been released to test bugs and to support the server's development.
The RoseNetwork has been one of my main focuses apart from high school (Now completed) and University (Currently Enrolled). Rose served as a relief from the stress of life and has allowed me to meet some astounding people.
From owning my server, I have learned so much that I have applied to my work ethic. With the experience I have gained from owning my network and working for other servers, I know what it takes to run a successful network.
History of the RoseNetwork:
The first beta release of the RoseNetwork released May 1, 2019:

This release of the Rosenetwork came with moderate success, the release bringing around 25 players on the server for our HCF game mode known by players as the start of the world/(SOTW).
The second beta release of the RoseNetwork released January 2, 2020:

After the launch, we had a consistent player base in the range of 5-10 players per day.
The second beta of the RoseNetwork came with even more growth, the release bringing around 40 players on the server for our HCF game mode known by players as the start of the world/(SOTW).
After the launch, we had a consistent player base in the range of 5-20+ players per day.
The 2 Beta launches taught me so much. I believe this helped me understand and connect with my supporters and, I think that what makes me different from most server owners.
April 3, 2020, It was time. Our first full release,

Rose launched on April 18, 2020, and it was a joy to see all this work come alive. I ensured growth by paying for Youtubers, getting Advertisements, and using some techniques I learned to bring players on the server. The first release went well, with 75+ players on SOTW and earning around (DM ON DISCORD) with 10-20 players consistently on the server. I ran this launch with my partner named loneytunes but, personal issues came into play with Covid-19 happening myself and, loneytunes were also completing Highschool Rose began to be neglected. Four weeks after we, made the difficult decision to put Rose on hold till summer.
In May, Loneytunes announced that he was leaving the network to focus on his other business plans. June, I approached my Ex-Partner Iraindrop with the idea of coming on as a Co-Owner of the RoseNetwork. The agreement we had because of his lighter schedule is that he would run the server since I could not be as active as I wanted to be, but of course, I started to focus on Rose more than my school work (lol). Closer to the release of Rose, our agreement changed and, Iraindrop launched rose without me being fully involved because of my lack of time for the release on July 1, 2020.
There was agreement that we would go by two names:

RoseHCF - Rosehcf.com
RoseHCF - Rosehcf.net

The launch went well hitting, over 100 Players on the release and had an influential Media presence. The SOTW brought in above (DM ON DISCORD).
Covid-19 Caused exams to be delayed to a later date, I still did not have time to work on Rose. Iraindrop is also the owner of the network (http://stcraftnet.com/).
With his time being sucked-up by his successful Minecraft Pocket Edition server, school, Rose, and amidst losing interest in Minecraft PC, he decided to close rose in the month of August.
My plan was to come back to HCF in the summer but I no longer have the time and passion for Rose or Server owning overall.
