I am opening a chill, friendly Discord Community based around gamers. However, this will also be welcoming to the LGBTIQA+ community and just generally everyone! I am looking for a partner or sidekick to help setup, maintain and run it with me!

This community will NOT be a giveaway server. This server is for anyone and everyone to gather in one place and generally chat and have fun!

Active daily (Negotiable),
Has 1+ years experience running discord communities,
Have a Microphone.

Hello there, is the age requirement absolutely non-negotiable? Because if you want to search for a skilled and experienced person and can contribute a lot of time, you might want to lower the requirement. Most of the people above 18 years of age are unable to contribute so much time due to their main job, and there are a lot of skilled, experienced and active people (including me) that are under 18. I understand that this is to ensure that all candidates are of high maturity and experience, but you can already find people which are under 18 and can fulfill those requirements.

The activity daily is negotiable as stated in the post. Obviously i understand people have real life commitments.

The age of 18+ is a fixed age requirement. I understand there are people out there that are as mature as adults but are underage. However, this is just a personal preference is mine!
