I'd like to warn everyone about this joke of a host, CubeJar.
CubeJar is a Minecraft Host that offers its services for $2/gb
Lets start to why this host is shit. So it all started with this problem:
after the maintenance:
Got a problem here, I've encountered this problem with a lot of hosts, but at most, this should be a relatively easy fix. In fact, I'm usually not really worried with this kind of error, it usually fixes itself or just takes a few hours to do so.
But what if the CEOs and CTOs are inactive?
Well, from a few minutes goes to hours, goes to days. The retardation is exceeding its limits.
The CTO aka THE CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER apparently, does not have fucking access to the TECHNOLOGY itself. The CEO (Lewis) just proved himself to be an absolute retard.

See how incompetency can go a long way?
Now combine it to late response times on a ticket or DM + Inactivity!
It takes years (overexaggerating) before Chad gives a fuck about responding (3-4 days+)
The norm:
Chad is online but either invisible or away
But Lewis is never fucking online and out of the 3 months I've been here, Lewis, the "CEO", was only online 2 times in the span of weeks.
Chad's limitations and not giving a fuck has allowed many of their clients to not be able to retrieve their latest backups. Lewis is a disgrace to the hosting community and who gives no fucks. (Had to edit this sentence because it might be referring to Chad being a disgrace, when clearly he is not. His hands were tied basically)
In short, if you're going to have a hosting company, ask yourselves these questions: 1.) Are you competent enough to do it? and 2.) Will you give a shit about your clients?
