The Vault is a ‘Post Apocalyptic’ themed server based off a variety of games and movies such as the Fallout series and Mad Max. The massive wasteland world lets the players thrive from the depths of abandoned mines to the heights of crumbling skyscrapers. Players can either choose to play alone or team up to make the ultimate band of bandits.
Since the server is massively combat based, stepping out of the vault could lead to your painful fate. Face the threats of nature from dying of dehydration to being eaten alive by packs of mutant wolves.
We're looking for beta testers! Players who can give feedback and extensively test aspects of the server so that upon release, the server is in pristine condition.
If players choose to play after release, they will receive a special "Beta" tag as well as access to a special form of horse to obtain. (Skeleton horse)
Currency
The Vault features two in game currencies, Emeralds, and Infused Emeralds. Emeralds are the default currency, which you can obtain by selling junk at the pawn shop, or killing mobs. Infused Emeralds are the more advanced currency which can be used for purchasing crates, and can be obtained from voting and daily rewards.
Note: x64 emeralds can be transferred into an emerald block
Looting/Cities
The huge custom wastelands map features 13 different cities all filled with chests that you can open for loot. Once you loot a chest, it refills every 5 minutes, these chests are personal, as in you and a friend can loot them at the same time and get different items.
Horses
We have a unique horse system, where you purchase a saddle from the Horse Merchant in Goldshire square, and you right click that saddle, and it spawns a horse that you can ride.
Horses come in two tiers, brown and black. Brown being the slowest, black being still pretty slow.
Guns
The server widely focuses on gun PVP. Guns can be obtained by being purchased from the gun shop in Goldshire square, or by looting them from chests or crates.
Economy/Selling items
Upon killing mobs or bandits, you can receive a wide variety of different items including scrap metal, nails, and leather scraps which you can sell at the pawn shop for emeralds.
Building a base and rising up
You are allowed one base of operations to store loot and build your empire! This base can be edited in whatever way you'd like, and for whatever reason. Whatever it takes to reach the top.
To obtain blocks, you must loot the wastelands or purchase them with emeralds via the skyblock merchant in spawn.
