I vouch The1is, he's pretty good at making intros, I think that most people would be satisfied with his work. His intros are of good quality, he's affordable, and he makes intros pretty quickly, so you don't have to wait for long. Give him a chance. ^__^ yes.

Not trying to trash, but surely if someone wants their Intro edited, even if it's a small detail, you should do it, as he paid for the product and it should at least be somewhat what he actually wants.

Referring to ''- I reserve the right to refuse altering/editing an Intro
if I see the request as unreasonable.
''
It should be the client's responsibility to decide what they wanted it to look like before. Unless there was a mistake with the intro the client shouldn't be able to just change their mind as they please.[DOUBLEPOST=1459361596][/DOUBLEPOST]Vouch for this guy! He's new to MCM and making some great stuff! Definitely give him a chance :D

I mean yes I know that, but as he stated ''If I see the request as unreasonable'' (he deleted it now), If you go to let's say a fast food place, and you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase, you have the right to report it and possibly get a new one (if that makes sense lol). Basically, obviously not like you're allowed to change the whole Introduction, but things such as music in the background, or background colour, small stuff like that should not be a reason to refuse to edit it. If you're producing something, it's your responsibility to make sure the client is happy with it. ;)
If you go to a fast food place and don't like what you ordered, you have to buy something else. You don't get accomodated because it wasn't what you expected.

Actually, in most fast foods such as SubWay, McDonalds, KFC and BurgerKing, you're allowed to get another one if it didn't meet the standards it should meet. If you don't believe me, try it ;) Go, buy one, and report it, most if not all of the times in the fast food restaurants I mentioned, you will be able to receive another product for replacement as otherwise it would bring them an unsatisfied customer. ;)
I've complained at fast food restaurants. The only time I've ever gotten my order redone was if something was off about it or if they got it wrong. But of course they never let me change my order after already receiving it.

If you think about it, it's better changing it a bit, than redoing it completely ;) (In this case it is)
To each their own I guess. I usually charge extra for changes until it starts getting ridiculous. Then I just stop doing edits.
