TheArcade is seeking skilled and professional staff for our launch coming soon. We are currently looking for lower level staff who can grow within our system to high positions for when we need them. We currently have a 16 staff positions open, we know this is a lot but we need to have coverage for all time zones. We expect our staff to enjoy their job, we don't require an amount of time spent online. Your time online assisting players is tracked and is used to determine promotions and demotions, along with other variables. We will require all staff to be online the day of release or you will be instantly demoted. Release will be a hectic day and we need all the help we can get. Being online in-game is the most important part of your job, but you are also required to be active on discord and the forum.
We do not have a set application format right now, that being said if you don't follow the process exactly you will be automatically denied, no exceptions. After you finish your application, comment back on this thread letting me know you have submitted your application. If you do not follow this exactly and try to add me on discord you will be automatically denied.
