As I have been working with the Bukkit/Spigot API for a relatively short amount of time, I do not have many plugins that can be used as references. However, you can find a list here. ( I do plan on continuing development on public plugins!) But, I have been working with Java for ~ 4 years total and have much experience.
Small Plugins: 0.5-3 Hrs.
Medium Plugins: 4-5 Hrs.
Large Plugins: 1-7 Days
(Sometimes this price, usually less!)
Small Plugins: 50₵-5$
Medium Plugins: 6$-15$
Large Plugins/Minigames: $20+
