TheCore isn't coming back, and this thread wasn't totally click-baity.
Nobody is going to be "re-releasing" or "remaking" TheCore. It's done and dusted.
However,
I'm developing a new core, I have a name and I've already started working on it (it's pretty much mid-way done) which will have everything customizable, yada yada yada.
Not releasing any details about it until it's completely finished, but it will have everything that the core should have and more, since TheCore was my first official commercial product, I can say that I have learnt a lot from selling it and the shit that happened during.
This new core is going to have a very rigid ToS, Chargeback policy and way of selling, all sales will be made through me and will have to be authorized. This will not only prevent leakers, but give me the opportunity to slow the release down.
Don't expect me to release any details about this.
