It's overpriced for the quality of work you are producing, which is not the best quality. I would recommend $2-$3 for an avatar and $5-$6 for your logos.

Add a lot more detailing, add tone, shading and everything, get a good color scheme for the logos, as that logo you made looks horrific. Definitely not worth $15+, that's an absolute rip off.
