Looking at getting a quote for a theme edit for a website I'm making. It's a completely static site that's run off a static generator called hugo and the link to the repository is here along with the demo. The sites primarily going to be an image site so instead of it being links to an external website it's going to be links to a page(configureable here) that contains an image gallery. I need a search bar in the upper-mid section (documentation here), with text above and links to tags/categories(already built into hugo here) below the search bar. I also need some bug-fixes to be worked out including text being cut off at the bottom and to fix sites responsiveness, as it's not the best. If it's easier to just build it from scratch that would also be an option I'd consider.
