Help everyone

I'm looking for a builder or a build team that can help me out with a project i'm working on,
The main hub for my network needs to be theme park based with a centralized area where the player spawns and has access to NPC's that help the player navigate the network and all its servers.

I need the layout to look similar to this - *https://i.imgur.com/diTWEJZ.png*

Where by the green is the spawning area which is about 40x40 with a main grassy area shown above, and the red section is to be where the shops are, these are themed shops for any Gamemode you can think of, Prison, Skyblock etc. These shops need to be fairly large as they need to hold information about said Gamemode and NPC's/signs to join the Gamemodes.

On The N,E and W Sides of the park i need there to be a main welcoming area that will showcase the new Gamemode
N= Western
E= Medieval
W= Ultra Modern

-I need these builds to highly detailed and user friendly-

* This is a map of Disneyland and it has the same idea as my hub, Singular main area with shops and a main attraction surrounding the park
