So i bought a server which is 4gb, the guy i talked to said its amazing service 24/7 support immediate support and livechat. So i said seems legit and bought a 4gb server. I had the server at first it was a little laggy but their were only like 10 plugins and a build which was i guess fine. Then i realized their is no SQL which i needed and tried to get in contact. No live chat is up, they dont respond to tickets and i get ignored by the owner when i message him. Huge waste of time dont deal with this balogne hosting. Good prices but horrible service. The server is fine but if your having an issue, they wont respond to you like legit im waiting now for 3 days.

Yea they open live chat and I join, then they tell me to remove this post and offered a "partial" refund. Then they offered and now are not even responding to my live chat for over 30 minutes now keep customers waiting. If you want me to remove this post why not be a real and professional hosting company and just say it on this post instead of hiding in a cave and secretly telling me too?[DOUBLEPOST=1470279147][/DOUBLEPOST]If you were a good hosting company, you would be proud to counter this.

I personally agree. Their support is terrible and I've tried applying to make their company better and sent my resume and everything, but apparently they only reply to "attractive" resumes. They have an addon where you purchase premium support, but it doesn't even make anything any faster. They have "8" staff members (which I think is a lie). I wouldn't go with them if I were you, their prices may be cheap, but they're cheap for a reason.

This host will get taken down or something eventually, there was a host called "TheMinecraftHost" years ago that was forced by Mojang to change their name since it assumes they are official by having "The" in the name. Same will go with this one.
