I used to work full time on the server. Recently, I have lost interest in Minecraft and therefore lost interest in maintaining the server.

Spoiler: Terms

The buyer is given complete control and ownership of the server. After purchasing it will be the buyers responsibility to pay the monthly and yearly fees to operate the server. I can provide the buyer some support, but in general do not expect me to run the server for you. The current staff/administrators are volunteers and can leave the staff team at any time by their decision. The new owner cannot force a staff member to stay active. I cannot guarantee that current players/staff will stay loyal to the server. The server is mostly bug free, if there are any they are minimal and not game breaking, the server is sold as is. I will not make any changes, the new owner will take responsibility of them. Refunds will not be allowed, bids will only be retracted with a valid reason. Failure to pay will result in mc-market involvement. Scammers will not be tolerated.
