ThePick Looking For Professional Staff

BEhf_4wse7qLVXY-SXzSYlYN_CRmWElP-QGrr4W0QcDkB-fV8MBDabkz1K8RR_bNF_UTG7VNeD_yXLe-KUHdAShZsufK9tsA8KRUZpeZ2O4TLSyhWbwlKujHjprFHwjeKAEwblqK

About The Server: ThePick will be an upcoming multi minigames network that will be like servers such as Mineplex or Hypixel . Right now we have a custom essentials and permissions pluginWe have a website being set up by XenForo. The server is dedicated with great RAM and CPU specs. At first we will have you sign a contract to protect your and our information. We have multiple staff positions open, that will all be listed below. ThePick is going to try and take a bigger approach towards the player. If you choose to join the team, you will be setting things up based on your role. The server is hosted by OVH/Kimsufi which provides us the will to make a Windows Server. A windows server allows us to access files of the server and the console. It will always be up and running as it is NOT home hosted. We also have many people that are staff here that are popular on MCMarket.

Positions Open:

Administrator(6): Admins are usually the core of the server, they have a huge responsibility in doing configurations and helping out newer staff. The Admin usually takes approach to being inside the servers files and enforcing rules.

BUILDER(5): As ThePick already has a small build team we would like to continuously add on. We need builders that are going to build maps on minigames and Lobbies/Hubs/Spawns with major style.

Developer(2): At ThePick we already have 2 great devs that are always willing to code to help the network. At ThePick we would like essential plugins to be made for the server for free. Bigger games such as CTF or Skywars would be paid at a price of $15-20 USD.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

So you're a registered company, partnership, or LLC?
No, we use the contract to keep people from taking our information and spreading it. If they get caught doing this they clearly can be sued. My Co Owner made this so you would have to ask him for more information!
In the UK you dont have to have to be a company which is where this is based off of.

You're needing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), not a contract. Also, to bind either a contract or NDA and have it stand up in court you must either be a registered business in the United States or an LTD in the UK.

Means nothing.

This is a joke, right?
No,we basically have developers that will code for us that are experts. If you are not interested than don't bother commenting.[DOUBLEPOST=1520467639][/DOUBLEPOST]

Like I said you would have to speak to him about that. He knows more about this than I do.

You are actually special.... I worked for a server I would not like to name, and I left and decided to make my own server, I was than threatened with legal action because I agreed to a message in a discord channel. You need to be over the age of 18 and write your name down on a little scrap of paper to be legally binded to anything... Your co-owner must be 12

Oh and WE DONT WANT MORE MINIGAMES SERVERS! To succeed as one you have to start with a massive playerbase and if people want to play minigames the go to server is Hypixel... not some small startup with an uneducated owner.

Wow. Expert codars who code for free? Well if that's the case, then don't ever expose them to people who actually getting paid for their work.

You clearly dont know your facts. It is legal to make a contract under the age of 18 in the UK. In the USA it is way different. Hes from the UK and im from the US. I agree with the aspect of player base, we got that under control.[DOUBLEPOST=1520539564][/DOUBLEPOST]

Like it says in the topic. They only work on essential plugins for free. They request payment for big games, possibly 20-30 dollars depending on what.
