Yes, but also due to the fact that our developer insided us after my co-owner threatened to DDos him for not working hard enough. After our developer insided, and scammed payment I sent him, I was doxed by him/his friends and Ddos'd offline for over 3 days, as well as threatened to have my school be shot up by them. These factors helped contribute to our downfall hence the chargebacks.
