Well, there once was a server called MineHavoc. In-fact, there still is. It's owner is a scamming scumbag, and has been a very prominent scammer in the community for about a year now. His name is Glitch (Or TeamCintro) - Glitch#8119 & TeamCintro#1499 are his two Discord accounts which he currently uses for scamming other users.
One of his tactics is to recruit very reputable people to work as the management, as well as some lower-rep members with usable MCM accounts, such as TheSquidHQ Marrt and others. I've previously worked in a management position for this network for approximately a month. So I thought I'd inform people of the blackhat practices the network is undergoing.
20/11/2018 -> "Glitch" sold the network to an unstated user for $600, and exit-scammed the user. Obviously, no scam report could be opened since the user is no longer on MC-Market.
March 23rd 2017 -> Exit Scammed the network for the 2nd time in history, claiming over $300 in an exit scam.

Why he recruits no-rep staff members
Glitch often recruits low-reputation staff members from MC-Market, usually those who are new with the market. Moving them into high ranking positions on the network allows him to encourage them to make threads on his behalf, a sort of elaborate type of ban evasion. This allows him to scam members of the community while providing a "face" (account) which the buyer can hold accountable, even though he is not associated in any way with the seller.
These accounts are normally managers / operators on the network's discord, please check prior to dealing as you could be falling into a trap.
Demoting Managers with no notice & banning them from the discord
Recently, he has been disposing of some of the managers whom do not agree to make posts and such on his behalf, after making agreements that they are permanent staff members, myself included.
I was trying to speak up about his methods in his discord, although I was promptly banned for even referencing the types of deals the owner of this network does in his spare time to fund his ambition. The owner of this network (Glitch) also makes up excuses as to where he gets his funds to his lower ranking staff members. For example "I got them from gambling" <- Yeah right, or "I got them from the BitCoins". These sources were taken from his announcements in the official discord and from PMs with him.
The secondary problem with this topic, is that he demoted staff members without their knowledge or informing. I was demoted from this network around the christmas period, which the head-manager explicitly said staff members would not be monitored (until January 2nd) and I was given no prior notification. This was the point where I brought up the owner's obviously blackhat methods.
A similar yet different story also happened to one of the other managers of the network, HeyArnoldG - Who was relegated to the "Moderator" rank after doing nothing wrong and establishing links with YouTubers and online personalities. The difference in this case, is he was put in Moderator, but with the condition that he could not chat in-game or in any of the discord channels. Obviously not then being able to voice his discontent.
Glitch / TeamCintro is a vile human being who has tried ban evading many times on this market, and is a prolific scammer who doesn't know when the word "stop" should be used.
I apologise for the bad grammar within this thread, but he should not be able to do this to any further members of this forum. And I will do all in my power to see to it that this doesn't repeat itself.
