Basically there is a room were people can sit in and people put like a little description of what there selling and it pops up for eg; 30 seconds then where people can pm him about his auction!

This would take a lot of custom development and it adds little. Most people in auctions here like to think about what they're buying for a while. The current way it is is sufficient.
