TheRift | Requesting Partnership | $1000 Budget

I'm launching a new project called TheRift. This network will be by far my best one yet. My budget is an all in budget of around $1000USD. I have already started and my team has almost even completed the Skyblock setup. This network will be consisting of Factions & Skyblock. I'm hoping to make this a huge server with this budget I feel like it is entirely doable.

Just saying the rule that the partner must be 16 years old and it's totally not true that younger staff don't get respect easily.

I’ve been in the management field for a longtime to know by age it’s less likely to be immature. However I have my reasons for the requirement- if you don’t like it then don’t reply. It was originally going to be 18+, but I lowered it anyways.

What assets/connections do you already have? Established & populated discord server, etc

It’s not necessary at all though. Like I understand you want your staff to be respected but if they can’t handle disrespect for being their age (which btw almost never happens) then they’re not ready for it. And if they aren’t ready don’t give it to them. I’m only 13, and yet I’ve staffed on a server with 1.5k players at is peak, and not once did I get disrespected for being my age. I’m not even going to talk about the 14 year old owner.

I’m going to stop replying at this point since it wouldn’t really be necessary.

I’ve managed for multiple big servers (200+) to know younger staff never get respected. I’ve been in this field for years. I’m not accepting partners at a young age. This isn’t a staff recruitment thread, however to be staff it’ll be a minimum of 15yrs or old with slight exceptions. Personally if you’d like to talk more- move it to my DM box.

It's Papi's server at the end of the day, he is well within his own domain to dictate a certain age requirement. Yes, younger staff members can be mature and respected, but age and maturity really do work hand-in-hand. I've only ever met ONE exception to this in the last 4 years. 16+ is a good age.
