Firstly, I'm not trying to trash this thread. In my experience dealing with their staff, they seem very immature and unprofessional. Please read the whole of this thread before continuing/applying: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/248165/

In this thread, you can see that the owners of this server had asked their staff/members in discord to post fake reputation/vouches on their thread and this is shown in a screenshot I posted. I then went onto telling them that this is not the way they should be building a reputation on MC-M and they took offence to this by trying to defend his actions with complete bullshit in my opinion.

Later on they banned me from their discord server for no valid reason: https://ibb.co/iThKOw

Not to mention that they wanted to post fake reputation/vouches so they don't look like a "randy scrub server"

Having 2 community managers is generally ok, if they’re like in different timezones (EU/US/AU) they each do the applicants of the timezones, etc. Staff Managers manage the staff team, one of the managers might think this guy is doing good, but the other one is like he sucks! And it’s bad idea having 2 staff managers.

I personally disagree, of course there will be conflicts during decision making regarding the staff team, however, it means that one particular staff manager is not using their rank for personal gain or for their own agenda. Different opinions generate a more desired conclusion, or in general, more opinions.

I from past experience being in the management field working with 400PB servers, I don't like having multiple people to take in. It makes things very hard to get done. It just makes it easy having multiple community managers, and just one staff manager.

We have different experiences, that much is clear. I understand that it can be stressful for those particular staff managers, however, I believe that it is more beneficial for a more formulated conclusion which has been inputted on by other members of the management team.

I was just stating that you had asked your players/staff to post fake reputation. This is not the way to build reputation on this website since it is just being deceitful to other users.

I want to point out, that I believed by not opening a discussion you would not attempt to dissuade users from applying in the future. I would also like to point out that we did NOT continue this discussion with you. And although we did not continue this discussion, you chose to bring the matter up again as shown below. I personally banned you from our Discord and Minecraft server as you were being disrespectful and attempting to stop us from gaining ground on you. As you clearly own your own server. I ask that you please respect our wishes and do not post on one of our threads again.

Again, I am mentioning this so that other users know who they are applying for and as I stated, not to trash your thread. I didn't do this to open a discussion again and that should be pretty obvious. I will continue this in DM if you want but none of your staff ever opened one from the previous thread.

Most of MC-M do not want to apply for a server thats run by immature and deceitful staff/owners. This was all I was trying to get across to other users and if they want to apply in despite of knowing this then that's fine.

If you keep trying to defend your owners actions, I will just defend my stance on this issue. You can't deny what your owner did/was wanthing to do. Now, you could just ignore this post and let users apply on their own accord or continue to reply at no avail.
