I believe there's an addon for push notifications but it's about $75.
Not exactly sure how it works because I didn't look into it when I saw it.

As others have said, there have been a bunch of suggestions about this in the past and they have been denied each time. There is no need for an app and push notifications can be achieved by setting up your email on your phone to notify you.
