Things in a Survival Server that players can "buy"

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if this is the right place or not.

I have a question and perhaps you all can help me out? I am looking for more options on my Survival Network that players can buy and spend their money on.

We have ranks and pwarps - we currently don't have a server buy shop as the intention of our server was to hope that players will be more interested in opening up their own playershops.

What are some other things out there that other survival servers have that players can buy?

You could allow players to buy access to different cosmetic features/privileges such as trails, pets, morphs, etc. These tend to work well especially for survival servers.

Sounds like my kind of server. I love Survival servers that don’t have a server shop simply because without a sever shop players don’t just build massive farms and afk at them all the time.

Personally I use diamonds (both rare and non-farmable) as the economy on my server and have no admin shop. So good job on no admin shop.

Again, personally I don’t discourage donations but hate the idea that someone’s money could put them ahead of others who don’t have money so I don’t put up game breaking items but instead I favour cosmetic items such as

- Morphs (though, not on my server)
- Pets that don’t have special properties
- Player trails
- Weapon effects/arrow trails
- Exclusive tags (GG, lol, GetRekt, etc)
- Access to /nick or at least ability to change their name colour
- Coloured chat
- Cosmetic Minecraft blocks that do not provide an advantage. The dragon egg is a good one.
- Access to some tame admin commands like /seen, /near, /whereami etc.
- Access to buy custom heads from a head shop
- Ability to ‘sit’ on staircases like they were chairs? (Idk, why not?)
