Things to sell for a survival server

So trying to think of things I can sell on my store for my survival server when it releases, mostly all I can think of is being able to change prefix/nick/suffix. I was thinking maybe extra homes, but I don't want to give anyone an unfair advantage...

Anyone have any suggestions that don't give anybody an advantage?

Don't add extra homes as a feature with ranks, instead every month you can increase the homes by 1 for each player on the server, making everyone "evolve" and "upgrade" at the same time without any unfair advantages.
Ranks don't matter, but they shouldn't have access to some kits/items that they get when they buy it.
Instead you can run community events only with people that bought ranks.
Prefixes/Suffixes and Name Changes (Colors) can be a nice feature and definitely could be in the store, but not for $5, maybe something a little less?

Bonus: You can do drops for those ranks, or even you can make community events where EVERYONE can participate and the winner gets something, like a suffix, prefix, name change or something else.

I understand but that can be quite hard to make, especially that you don't want to make any gameplay advantages which is an excellent thing you decided to.
There isn't much you could give them other than that, you might give them an additional home but that is unfair advantage and I wouldn't recommend it.
Just stick with what you have and in the future focus on what could be added.
You might add additional homes for ranks if your server agrees to (Ask people that are gonna play there as we here can't know if they have any problems with it)

There are mods for cosmetics, but it's Survival after all, don't add them. (Atleast I wouldn't)

If u want a survival Server dont Put any mod or something like that.. bevause ut making survival and not modded survival Server ^^
