Hello,

I'm thinking of selling my Minecraft Server and site, MinecraftAddicts.com. Would anyone be able to help me gauge the value?

Summary
- 8 years running established Minecraft Server. Used to do 75 concurrent. Currently 0.
- Custom live map with Google API and unique land claim system.
- Massive forum! 60k forum posts, 134k registered.
- Over 15k in donations with custom donation tiers.

This firstly should be in appraisal. Secondly, if you are selling it now, you should have proof of ownership, of some kind imo.

Ouch. What is this pawn stars?

I've had recent offers on just my domain (without the site) over $100. Used to rank for "best minecraft server" back in the day for years.
