Plagiarizing and tracing work (different from directly stealing) are like reputation and respect ruining bombs in the art community. However, unfortunately there aren't any rules on MCM prohibiting doing so. The most you can do is not order from this person out of respect for the artist(s) he ripped the designs from, and hope ThinkPattern changes his ways and develops his own style.
