This Advertising Bot

I have seen this bot dm me many times and i think it is some program that does it and the person puts msg in and it advertises it once you make it join a server and it dm's people and idk how it does and was wondering if someone could make something like this?

Fair note for people taking this job: I've done this before and discord detects if you do like 10+ direct messages (even with a pretty stretched out 30-second random interval). I've also tried alternating between 10 different accounts and each one got shut down and asked for authentication. This line of work sucks (I was just doing it for self promotion, so no worries for me)
