IM USING ESSENTIALS 1.7/8 AND I HAVE ALL THE ESSENTIAL PLUGINS ALL WORKING

Shits stopping me from releasing my server,

PLEASE HELP.

I can't make or use them, I'm opped. There's no error > they don't even turn blue please help..
Legit nothing in the config about this shit.
