Agreeing with Devon . This thread is actually not necessary. Anyone who thinks this is necessary is actually a child or childish.
If you want something done, talk to them directly or take it up with a Moderator or an Admin.
Bad behavior or not, this is not the proper way to handle it, there's no sense of professionalism doing this.

Do these threads have anything to do with exposing someone for bad behavior over a death?
Trash threads are common and cannot be stopped, exposing someone for attention is a different story.
