Here is the reason why I first started not caring about rep.

If you scroll all the way down on my reputation. When I had about 70 rep, I was in shoutbox and I saw this guy was asking for a loan. I checked his rep and I saw a neutral rep that said the user already had a loan out. So I decided to message the person that gave the loan to see if it was paid back or not because I didn’t want to slander anyone. They then told me that it hadn’t been payed back yet and I told them that the person was asking for another loan in SB. Me and the user that gave the loan confronted them in SB. (If you’re new, multiple loans is a sign of an exit scammer).

After being confronted, he was still asking for a loan. Then I started saying not to deal with him considering I wanted to protect other users. Then I recieved a neg rep for being his business or some shit like that.

I reported it and it got denied, in the current status of MCM at the time it would have taken months to get my support ticket responded too.

Here I am now, I don’t think I’m a bad person because I have a lot of neg reps. If you’ve talked to me personally, I’d say I’m personally a nice guy! For the most part at least.

Yeah, the reputation system is flawed from people being snowflakes. But I don’t mind my “horrible” rep. It’s what defines me from other people on MCM.

I literally read a neutral one that said "Took my money, months later finally paid me back and said he couldn't do it"
That seems like it should be negative, no? Even though they don't matter, this kid had 8 reputation and said he had no reason to give out vouch copies.

He also said he's been here since 2016 so super reliable. That's a negative
