You need experience to request an Admin position. Plus, your MCM account has no vouches or any reputation.
Also, who uses Gmail as a contact method? It would be best if you familiarised yourself with Discord.
Lastly, your MCM account says you're 14. I would recommend gaining more experience and a reputation before you try getting an Admin position
Sir, I did not understand why you are criticizing me for using Gmail. I do not have a discord and I am not allowed to get it. Please refrain from criticizing others before knowing why they do what they do. As for my mcm account, I registered yesterday. That does not mean in any way shape or form that I am inexperienced at minecraft or being a admin.

i know that not having discord will severely lower my chances on getting the job but i am looking for the 1% of hiring that doesn't care if you have discord

watching youtube videos on how to be admin does not give you admin experience or teach you how to be an admin
Kid please just stop. This is going no where. Come back once your parents allow you to have discord. And legit have officially experienced being staff on a server(s). Being admin is hard, any staff rank is hard but admin(or any management position). You deal with so much things. And how you are acting/typing it feels you cant. You are just not mature enough.
