what gpu? and cooler

Depending on how much you wanna pay for the parts. I'd say a Hyper Evo 212 is the best budget friendly Cooler, but if you want a more premium, better cooler I'd say Noctura coolers such as NH-D15.

As for GPU, if you prefer AMD maybe a RX580? If Intel, go for the older generation 1070, 1080s. Personally I dont think it is worth buying the new 2080s etc due to the prices. But that is totally up to you!

I’d go for intel i3, with 16gb RAM, NVIDIA 1050 2gb (You don’t need more if you don’t edit etc),
1tb HDD with 120gb SSD. Add some RGB and another cooler and you come down to €900.

This uses an i3, which I wouldn’t prefer. Add about another €150 and you can get an i5.

Who uses 'kit.com' for pc parts? It's pcpartlist all the way.

Anyway, I think the computer is fine, except a few things.
1. Why do you need an X470 for a 2600X? Yea it's viable if you want to overclock, but you're wasting money on a motherboard. Instead get a 2700 or 2700x and use a B360. You can still overclock, but it will run much better. Better to spend that money on a better CPU than waste it on a motherboard, which you won't even be able to take full advantage of.
2. I'd much rather go with one of Nvdia's GPUs. They run at a lower TDP, plus they have almost the same/sometimes better performance. Plus they have better support.

What's your motivation behind an entirely new system? Perhaps a new computer isn't entirely necessary. The Gigabyte motherboard has a ATX form factor. If your chassie (case) can fit that, it can probably fit a small 1050 or 1060. Gigabyte, EVGA and Zotac have fantastic smaller graphics cards, if your case is compact. Otherwise, go for a full size graphics card. I'll leave some links down below to follow up on.

Switched out my i5 4460 a month ago for an i7-8700K. The i5 4460 a fantastic processor. Slap a cooler on it, and the temperatures will decrease significantly. I'll also leave some cooler options to follow up on. It's also fine for gaming and software development.

As for the memory, 8GB is fine. But 666MHz? Even Lucifer Morningstar would be depressed over that. The memory market is unstable, so purchase something in the 1600-2400MHz range. 2400MHz modules are, according to pcpartpicker, actually lower in price than a 2133MHz module kit. So take advantage of that.

Unless you have incredibly specific reasons to purchase an entirely new system, I'd just upgrade some parts.

SO i should upgrade my ram + cpu + cooling + gpu?

to i7 - 10-70 and 16gb ram?
