Thoughts on MC-Market's current state?

I just wanted to know what everyone thought about the state of MC-Market.

My personal opinion: I honestly thought MC-Market was going sort of down-hill with the suggestion of getting rid of the account section, then the lock waves happened/are happening now. Currently now, however, I think MCM is starting to go back up-hill because of some of the things that have happened recently, such as the new staff Red, Banned, & Ben being promoted to chat-mod (Congrats by the way!) as well as Tofty and roy being promoted to feedback-moderator. (Congrats as well) Things (especially reputation-related things) should definitely run more effectively & efficiently, and I'm excited to see how the newly-promoted staff perform & I wish them luck!

Mc-market has been pretty stagnate for a while now. Adding more still will help slightly with the scammers and such, but pretty much other than that it's just drifting.

MC-Market's current state: It's going better cause of more staff, I'd still like to see who the SR will be though or if we're just having 2.

The Community's current state: This is going absolute shit. A lot of people on here came on here to sell/buy accounts, this is what MC-Market is known for. So it's been going pretty downhill, we will see how it goes prob just going to lose members and move on with the usual shit.

It isn't safe anywhere to sell accounts, but I ccan agree that it kinda looks like Mojang is targetting MCM.

Can't find anything on here anymore, its either all service teams or people that are new. Service teams feel as if they're entitled to charge more for what you need because they need to split payment (might not be all of them but i've talked to some and they always over charged). When I need something i never get it form here anymore, everyone that was good here has dipped due to the community its created.

Never had a lot of experience with service teams myself, but that seems kinda bad. Sorry you had to go through that.

For the selling of accounts they need to add what they use to have where it removed a char or make it where you need to be registered or something to see accounts. Make it harder for ban waves. I recently bought an account and it was locked along with alot of other accounts that where posted on here. It seemed like this market was targeted.

I agree with you here 100%, and I've made a suggestion about the lock waves with a part of it being sorta similar to what you said. Hopefully, MC-Market, or more particularly Mick, does something about this.

They're making a start on fixing some of the issues around the acc marketplace atm, which is the most urgent situation, but more still needs to be done and I think they and everyone know it. Hopefully we get an official statement or update by an admin to resolve this.

Fix the marketplace and reputation system and all will be well. Leave these issues and you'll just piss people off even more. Really, those are by far the biggest site issues. Hopefully, the recent promotions will help the site to deal with this

He hasn't ban evaded twice, he's ban evaded more like 5 times. He does it because 99% of the time, he makes me money then he loses. Pretty smart if I'm being honest, and he's more reputable off-site than most of the people here.

I've been absent from Mc-Market and Minecraft as a whole so what's Mojang doing now? Locking accounts again because they have nothing better to do I'm assuming?
