I use a Canon EOS Rebel T5 (Canon T5) Which is an entree level dslr that came out about 3 years ago.
Not the best camera but I bought a nice professional lens, Its where all of the quality comes from.

I personally like how discrete the tags are on the new one, Didn't want to shove my IG in peoples faces

While it is discreet, it fits in more with your previous one. I also like the font more on the old one.
Another opinion of mine is, it's not really that discreet with 2 arrows pointing to the links in my opinion but that's only when looking at the full image, I do notice that it works better in your signature.
In a photography standpoint, the photo used in your old signature was better in my opinion as well as how you formatted the text with the picture.
Not trying to hate on your new signature, just trying to give my viewpoint on why the old one looks better in my eyes.

Your first one is clean and more appealing to look at. Also pigeons ( or doves :d ) are life.

I got some new shots of big birds that I think will make a better signature. I like the first on photo even if I think the colors clash a lot.
I want to try and make one where it looks pleasant to look at
