If the said revenue of 1.5-2k p/month is accurate I would assume you’d easily be able to get 3k out of it. However, this is purely dependent on the revenue alone - maybe costs are extremely high which would definitely lower the price of the server. It’s a fun concept though.

I think it certainly has potential.

If I'm being totally honest the aesthetic of the server could use some work, as in the messages that are displayed and the way everything looks. If you're looking to sell a professional server, people often have their eyes drawn to pretty things, the colour combinations are super important.

Think about colours that match like &b (Aqua) and &3 (Dark Aqua). Please note I don't know the colour scheme of your server and this is just an example but I personally see quite a lot of &a (Lime Green) and &9 (Blue) which I personally don't think go well together and it draws my eyes away from the project.

When people look at buying setups or servers they have to like what they're looking at no matter how good the actual setup is, if it's unappealing people will click off it because the work behind making it look pleasing is rather steep. I also noticed a few default configurations which can also lead people to believe not much time has gone into it, for example in your first screenshot you can see DiscordSRV and I believe that setup is completely default and without changes. These types of things draw away from the aesthetic of the server.

However, with that to one side, you do have what looks to be a unique opportunity which some pretty cool custom features.

I agree with the above, I think if your sales are what you say they are you should be looking from anywhere between 2.5k and 3.5k USD. However if you want to draw people to your server I would recommend changing up some of your language files or even investing in a configurator to come round your setup and clean it up. That's my personal recommendation but I do believe you've got something really cool there and have the opportunity to sell it at a good price.
