What some people do is make another layer and outline using the "line tool"

I made a new layer over the image and then zoomed in for the pixels and made the outline by hand to make sure that it is 100% correct.[DOUBLEPOST=1517935921][/DOUBLEPOST]

There probably are easier ways to make it but that is how i do it.
