Thoughts on thread design?

This is my third attempt at a thread design, I have taken all posts on my other posts requesting help into consideration; added white space, used a different thought, etc. thoughts?
Please leave constructive criticism. As long as it's not hate and it's help, I want it. Thanks!

3/10 . It seems a bit.... stretched. Also, try using more complimenting colors and popping designs. I suggest looking around the site for inspiration.
