Mhm I will give it 8/10,
I mean you got how the lightning works and it looks good with the colors you choose and I see the style you are going for but it's still a bit off.
Maybe change the colors from up to down and make it a bit brighter because of the sun or "storm"

It's just me, maybe your style is different.
Anyways, it's good.
