Okay let's have an argument.

It will start too many arguments. Threads like this have been closed in the past for obvious reasons. There's no reason to talk about religion on a minecraft forum.

That's the main reason I created it - to change the view to this. As we can see, there are a lot of mature and smart people who are talking really wisely. Right now there is no reason to close it because there is no fight between the arguments.[DOUBLEPOST=1502143076][/DOUBLEPOST]

I personally am an atheist. This is just my opinion and I have no problem with other religions, so don't bash my beliefs. I do however believe religion in general is a huge boundary which prevents progression in life. I believe if the world never had religion, we'd easily be over a thousand years more advanced. Knowing how many people have died alone due to religious reasons shows how much we've allowed it in history to take control of our lives and how we live them. If we put that kind of thing aside we could be far more advanced.

I really don't think this needs to be closed because in that case you are just violating the freedom of speech.

This doesn't apply on a private minecraft forum, it isn't a violation of your rights to be censored/silenced on this or any other forum.

That's up to whoever runs the forum. Personally I don't have a problem with these types of threads but I'm just saying staff could silence you and restrict what you say here and it isn't a violation of rights. I don't see a problem with these types of threads as long as the conversation stays on the thread and doesn't get taken elsewhere

Definitely atheist, my family is Christian but I have no beliefs anymore, lost fate due to some events in my life and also never felt like I was ever helped by anyone other than myself, my family and some of my friends.
