I've been using this service for both web hosting and mc server hosting for about 2 and a half weeks now, and it has been amazing.
Support is always helpful and gets my problem fixed very quickly. Server speeds are constantly high, and I haven't had any down time. I definitely recommend this host to you, especially at this price.

Dont mind my empty profile, I don't use mc-market much.
But this host is really great. I've been using it for a while now, not on my main servers though (moving them over soon).
Can recommend 10/10. Great prices, and they're really making progress now.

We have reviewed our ToS, and updated it accordingly. You can view the new ToS via the bottom of our homepage, or here: https://galagun.com/terms.htm I'm not sure what you mean by fixing our index.html, but we are working on a new website to come in the future. We will take in your input about our live chat system, and will see what we can do about that. Our About Us and FAQ pages will be fixed very soon.

here at RX Group, we strive to provide 24x7 customer support, however, we do have breaks for our agents. You must have been in one of the times when trying to get in touch with us.
We have operators in the United States, Europe and Australia, providing 24x7 customer support. While our chat system asks you to leave an e-mail address, we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible through e-mail, where you then have the possibility to continue your conversation. Usually, requests are answered within 15 minutes, however, on peak times it may take a bit longer and we do apologize for that.
Please provide me with your e-mail address you used when leaving it through our chat system, or your location and inquiry, so that we can check-back and review what the actual issue was, as we usually respond to chats within less than 5 minutes and your scenario a very rare one is.
