Good start. Honestly much better than what I've seen from others. Many areas I'm questioning on each thread but I'll list them for each :D

In general:
- Don't use a huge font size. This tends to make everything cramped
- if you're going to use a big font size, give yourself more space that way it doesn't seem so big.
- you don't have to use the same dimensions and stick with it. 1080px is my preferred width and height just varies on the project (1920px most of the times) but I do increase or decrease it when needed.

(TD = Thread Design, cause I'm a lazy cake :D)
TD 1:
- paragraph color is eh. You can see how it blends in with the background at points
- when you have a light background, almost always you're not gonna want to have a light body.
- Give the section headings more space with the lines. They need their space
- think of a better color palette, specifically one that doesn't blend with the background
- separate the content equally. You got one section have more margin (about and claim) than another section (claim and contact)
- contact images need png, you did it for another TD but not this one...
- contact text is way to big. You'll almost always want your headings font size bigger than your body text, not the other way around. It's the basic design principle.
- your tittle (very top) should be on the right. Your background gives you that space to use and cover which is why you want the text on the right. Also so that Bann isn't blending with the background cause right now it is...

TD 2:
- Waves too big and seem like they were drawn. Waves are meant for aesthetics so don't emphasize them that much.
- icons too big and aren't very pleasing. Go to font awesome or flaticons for some better ones.
- about needs the same style and look as how to claim.
- sections need more space between each other
- your sub title shouldn't be bold in this case.

TD 3:
- a bit better than the others but still needs work at spacing (same reasons as the above sections).
- your name should be fully opaque, meaning opacity = 100%. Sub title is fine like that though.
- even the sizing out in the about section
- icons too big and should be the same. Others are outline while one is filled. Can't have both.
- icon text too big
- add a gradient for the background so it goes into the body background color of the thread.

TD 4:
- color choice is a complete no
- heading styles need to be swapped, your name should be more opaque than thread design
- your section body content need more space, padding in the web designer language, to let your text look less cramped (increase height).
- icons too big, flag and discuss icons are a no
- cards are too big (decrease height)
- contact area, decrease the icon size just a bit but you nailed the font size perfectly :D

That's just some tips the cake has. Hope it helps ya! You're more than happy to take a look at my thread design but I'm not gonna tell you to.
